Tech Support Specialist – Media Buying — Limassol at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Tech Support Specialist – Media Buying.

Salary:

– €2,200–2,500 monthly.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– On-site.

Main duties:

– Provide technical support for paid media campaigns.

– Create, duplicate, update and maintain campaign landing pages.

– Configure, monitor and troubleshoot pixels, postbacks, APIs and conversion tracking.

– Test links, redirects, forms and landing pages across browsers and devices.

– Resolve technical campaign issues promptly and monitor launches from a technical perspective.

– Coordinate with media buying, development, CRM and marketing teams.

– Maintain setup documentation and campaign records.

– Support A/B testing and technical optimisation.

Requirements:

– At least 2 years in similar technical support for media buying, preferably in Forex, CFD or financial services.

– Strong understanding of media-buying workflows and digital-marketing technology.

– Proven experience managing landing pages.

– Excellent knowledge of pixels, postbacks, APIs and conversion tracking.

– Experience with affiliate tracking and campaign-monitoring platforms.

– Familiarity with CRM systems and lead integrations.

– Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript are advantageous.

– Strong analytical, troubleshooting and multi-project skills.

– Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Voluum, Binom, Keitaro or RedTrack experience is advantageous.

– Forex, CFD or iGaming experience is advantageous.
