Customer Support Representative (Greek-Speaking) at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Customer Support Representative (Greek-Speaking).

Salary:

– €1,300–€1,800 gross per month, plus monthly bonus

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Limassol

Main duties:

– Support customers by email, phone and live chat and aim for first-contact resolution.

– Handle complaints and product issues, investigate concerns and escalate appropriately.

– Guide onboarding and explain rules, licensing and safer gaming.

Requirements:

– Native-level Greek and fluent English.

– Strong listening, communication, customer focus and computer skills.

– Accurate typing, accountability and performance under pressure.

– Previous support experience is welcome but not essential.

Schedule:

– Four working days followed by two days off.
