Performance Marketing Manager (AI & Automation) at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Performance Marketing Manager (AI & Automation).

Salary:

– €45,000 yearly plus performance bonuses

Employment type:

– Full-time contract engagement with the intention of a permanent role

Work arrangement:

– Fully remote work from Nicosia

Main duties:

– Plan, launch and optimise performance campaigns for an adults-only AI companion product.

– Manage paid traffic through ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, TikTok Ads and Instagram Ads.

– Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cowork, Cursor and Codex to automate creative testing, reporting and scale-or-stop decisions.

– Monitor results daily and optimise campaigns against ROAS, CPA and other performance targets.

– Build repeatable systems for faster creative experimentation and campaign analysis.

Requirements:

– Proven media-buying experience with clear examples of budgets managed and ROAS or CPA achieved.

– Comfort working with mature, adults-only advertising content.

– Practical experience with at least some of the listed traffic and social-ad platforms.

– Ability to show automations or workflows previously built for marketing operations.

– Self-directed, analytical working style and residence in Nicosia.

– Adult-sector experience is especially valued; iGaming, dating or forex experience is also relevant.
