Compensation:

– €28,500–€31,500 gross per year.

Role overview:

This role leads a city-wide team responsible for customer experience and the day-to-day performance of flexible-workspace centres. The successful candidate will treat the customer community with an owner’s mindset, make practical decisions that help customers succeed and maintain consistently high operating standards.

Main duties:

– Lead, coach and performance-manage Community Managers across the city.

– Set clear goals and expectations, provide feedback and develop team members.

– Maintain a strong, customer-focused team culture and high service standards.

– Plan and optimise team capacity, schedules and use of time.

– Organise and coordinate a city-wide programme of community events.

– Own and deliver training and development for Community Managers.

– Ensure each centre is presented professionally and operates to a high standard.

– Build strong relationships with existing customers and resolve issues decisively.

– Present the centres to prospective customers and explain the benefits of flexible working.

– Take responsibility for business performance and support customer growth and retention.
