Marketing Operations Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Marketing Operations Manager.

Salary:

– €35,000–€50,000 gross per year

Work arrangement:

Main duties:

– Own the marketing plan, budget and measurable demand-generation targets.

– Build outbound campaigns and integrations across CRM, enrichment and email platforms.

– Manage paid search and social campaigns, website optimisation, SEO and AI-search visibility.

– Coordinate product launches, agencies, events and reporting with product and sales teams.

Requirements:

– At least three years in marketing, growth or demand generation.

– Hands-on use of CRM, automation, analytics and AI tools.

– Strong numerical ownership and ability to integrate marketing systems.

– Fluent Greek and English.
