Property Development Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Property Development Manager.

Salary:

– €2,500–€3,000 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Famagusta with regular project and site coordination

Main duties:

– Coordinate property-development projects from design and planning through construction, handover and close-out.

– Monitor programmes, budgets, progress, risks and key deliverables.

– Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

– Review drawings, specifications, approvals and permits and follow up on technical issues or delays.

– Work with quantity-surveying and construction teams on procurement, variations and cost control.

Requirements:

– Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or another relevant field.

– At least three years of experience in property development, construction or project management.

– Ability to read architectural and technical drawings and understand the development process.

– Strong coordination, organisation, reporting and problem-solving skills.

– Very good Greek and English; relevant professional membership or project-management qualification is advantageous.
