Salary: €1,700–2,000 per month

Job details

– Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service;

– Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff (waiters, hostesses, bartenders);

– ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve any guest concerns;

– Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and consistent service;

– Manage reservations, floor plans, and table rotations during service hours;

– Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene;

– monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and ordering;

– Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations;

– Track daily sales, prepare reports, and assist with budget targets;

– Implement company policies and ensure compliance with health and labor regulations;

– Represent the restaurant with professionalism and positive energy at all times
