Store Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Store Manager.

Salary:

• €1,600–€1,800 gross monthly

Employment type:

• Full-time

Work arrangement:

• On-site retail role in Nicosia

Main duties:

• Lead, motivate and develop the store team.
• Organise daily operations, staff schedules and priorities.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets and KPIs.
• Manage stock, deliveries and inventory procedures.
• Maintain customer-service, visual-merchandising and presentation standards.
• Act as a hands-on role model in selling and service.

Requirements:

• At least three years of retail-management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Commercial, results-driven approach and confidence with KPIs.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organisation and problem solving.
• Good Excel, email and computer skills; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Genuine interest in home, interior design and contemporary lifestyle trends.
