Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Business Development Specialist.

Salary:

– €30,000–€40,000 per year

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– Office-based with regular travel and occasional work from home

Main duties:

– Build a qualified pipeline through outreach referrals and sector relationships

– Onboard early clients and represent the business at industry events

– Coordinate with compliance during prospect qualification and onboarding

– Share market feedback and deliver against commercial targets

Requirements:

– Two to four years of business development or sales experience in banking payments fintech or relevant sectors

– Active professional network and knowledge of higher-risk banking and payments

– Confident event representation outreach and negotiation skills

– Fluent English and willingness to travel

Schedule:
