Learning & Development Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Learning & Development Officer.

Salary:

• € 1,700 – 1,800 / month

Work arrangement:

• On-site

Main duties:

• Coordinate learning programmes, enrolments, attendance and compliance records.
• Administer training systems and learning platforms.
• Support orientation and internal and external courses.
• Maintain training calendars, materials and reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality or a related field.
• At least two years in a training-officer or assistant role.
• Experience with Ermis.
• Fluent Greek and English with strong communication and organisation skills.
