Warehouse Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Warehouse Manager.

Salary:

• €2,000–€2,400 monthly

Work arrangement:

• On-site warehouse role in Nicosia

Main duties:

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate counts and reconciliations.
• Plan store replenishment and fulfil customer orders.
• Coordinate local shipments, carriers, freight forwarders and customs clearance.
• Recruit, schedule, train and manage warehouse-team performance.
• Maintain high health, safety, security and organisation standards.
• Monitor KPIs, cost, productivity and stock loss.
• Improve processes and coordinate with Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Finance, Logistics and Stores.

Requirements:

• Three to five years or more in warehouse supervision or management, preferably in retail.
• Strong inventory-control, stocktaking and warehouse-process knowledge.
• Experience with ERP or inventory-management systems.
• Experience with imports, freight forwarding and customs.
• Leadership, organisation, problem-solving and Excel skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team.
• Logistics, Supply Chain or Business qualification is an advantage.
