Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Restaurant Operations Area Manager.

Salary:

• €2,000–€2,500 monthly

Employment type:

Work arrangement:

• On-site and multi-unit travel based in Nicosia

Main duties:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant units.
• Coach managers and teams to achieve KPIs and operational targets.
• Maintain service, hygiene and procedural standards.
• Monitor sales, productivity and costs.
• Identify and implement operational improvements that support growth.
• Conduct site visits and audits with clear feedback and follow-up.
• Coordinate with ownership, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Facilities and Marketing.

Requirements:

• At least three years as an area or operations manager in HORECA.
• Strong leadership and team-development ability.
• Good understanding of operational KPIs, cost control and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving.
• Ability to travel between locations.
• Valid driving licence.
