Technical Operations Manager (6165/TOM/ESS/GR) Role Overview: The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and reliable operation of the plant’s technical functions, ensuring alignment with production, safety, quality, and business objectives.
The role leads engineering planning, maintenance activities, CAPEX projects, technical improvements, and facility operations, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the site..
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate all technical operations, including maintenance, engineering projects, utilities, and facility management.
Develop and monitor maintenance plans, technical KPIs, and improvement initiatives to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Analyze technical issues and implement corrective actions, process improvements, and engineering upgrades.
Manage CAPEX projects, including technical evaluations, supplier coordination, equipment installation, and commissioning activities.
Collaborate with Production, HSE, and Quality teams to ensure compliance with food industry standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
Oversee external contractors, technical partners, and service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution.
Lead, coach, and develop the technical team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the achievement of the company’s operational and strategic goals.
