Real Estate Asset Manager

A private Real Estate investment firm with holdings in Greece and Internationally based in Athens Southern suburbs invites high caliber professionals with the requested qualifications outlined below to apply for a role within its Real Estate team.
Position Description The successful candidate will support the asset management and optimization of a mixed portfolio of mainly office and residential properties.
More specifically, he/she will be responsible for leasing, tenant relationship management , coordinating maintenance, repair and renovation works, overseeing day to day property operations, property supervision and assisting in evaluating new investments and asset sales.
The role also involves communication and oversight of external partners (real estate brokers, contractors, consultants and legal advisors) and contribution to financial monitoring and reporting, ensuring the efficient management and performance of the assets.
Education, Experience and Skills University degree in Engineering is preferred, alternatively degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline Previous experience of minimum 3 years in the asset / property management sector; exposure to leasing and real estate negotiations will be considered a strong asset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both written and oral Commercially minded Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
