Floor Supervisor at Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Floor Supervisor to join the Housekeeping team at GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute daily workload fairly among Room Attendants and Public Area Cleaners.
• Supervise and support housekeeping staff to ensure the highest cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Inspect guest rooms, including arrivals, departures, vacant clean rooms, suites, and VIP rooms.
• Ensure all public areas, restaurants, offices, staff areas, pool areas, and conference rooms meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
• Assist Room Attendants whenever required.
• Complete room status reports and report any irregularities to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Ensure Lost & Found procedures are followed correctly.
• Coordinate with the Technical Department regarding repairs, maintenance issues, and damages.
• Ensure the proper use of cleaning products, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor housekeeping equipment and machines to ensure they are maintained and in good working condition.
• Work closely with Reception, Maintenance, and Linen Room teams to ensure the timely preparation of guest rooms.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel environment.

✔ Graduate of a Hotel School or Hospitality Management program.

✔ Good knowledge of Greek and/or English.

✔ Basic computer skills.

✔ Strong organizational and leadership skills.

✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
