Store Manager at Marketing LAB

On behalf of a customer we are looking for a results-driven Store Manager to bring energy and leadership to our flagship store. You will be responsible for overall store management, fostering an engaging and welcoming environment for families, meeting sales goals, and managing a high-performing team.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & KPIs: Meet and exceed store sales goals by training, motivating, and providing constructive feedback to your team.
• Customer Excellence: Ensure a high-energy, friendly, and exceptional shopping experience for both parents and children.
• Operations & VM: Oversee daily store administration, ensure strict compliance with policies, and maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store conditions.
• Team Leadership: Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and cultivate a supportive, professional team culture.
• Insights & Reporting: Monitor buying trends and local customer needs to optimize product availability and drive profitability.

What You Bring

• Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager.
• Powerful leadership skills and a strong business/results orientation.
• Excellent customer management and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Knowledge of Russian Language will be consider an advantage
