On behalf of our client, a prestigious luxury hospitality group in Cyprus, Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced Reservations Manager to lead the daily operations of the Reservations Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of the Reservations Department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the Reservations team while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Ensure all reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver an outstanding guest experience by providing professional and personalized communication.
  • Monitor reservation accuracy, booking procedures, and system updates to maintain operational excellence.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through effective inventory management, upselling, and rate optimization.
  • Work closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Sales, and other operational departments.
  • Handle complex reservation requests, guest concerns, and escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist with staff training, performance management, and continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare operational reports and contribute to departmental planning and business objectives.
  • Ensure all reservations activities comply with company policies and luxury hospitality standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in hotel reservations, preferably within a luxury or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within Reservations.
  • Excellent command of the English language; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems, PMS, CRS, and booking platforms.
  • Good understanding of revenue management, room inventory control, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and teamwork.
