Store Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Store Manager.

Salary:

– €2,000–€2,500 net monthly

Employment type:

– Full-time employment

Work arrangement:

– On-site retail work in Limassol

Main duties:

– Manage daily retail and wholesale operations and deliver sales targets.

– Develop wholesale accounts and maintain key customer and partner relationships.

– Plan staffing, coach the team and monitor performance and service standards.

– Control inventory, replenishment, merchandising and operational procedures.

– Review sales reports and implement action plans.

Requirements:

– At least three years of retail-management experience.

– Wholesale or B2B exposure is advantageous.

– Strong leadership, customer-service and commercial skills.

– Good English.

– Comfort with Microsoft Office, ERP systems and sales reporting.
