Senior Sales Advisors (6301/SSA/RS/GR) The new culture-led retail initiative brings together premium multi-brand retail categories, evolving collaborations, and space for fashion to exist in proximity to cultural production, performance, discourse, and contemporary thought within a single, coherent environment.
The selected candidates will contribute to the commercial success of the retail concept by delivering exceptional customer service, building customer relationships, and providing personalized experience.
Main responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs Build and maintain relationships with customers through personalized service, clienteling, private appointments, launches, and special events Provide product recommendations and styling guidance across fashion, accessories, books, objects, and special collaborations Develop strong knowledge of designers, partner brands, collections, retail activations, and cultural programming Support customer engagement initiatives, including digital retail and social media activities, in line with company guidelines Maintain excellent shop-floor standards, support stock and transaction processes, identify sales opportunities, and act as an ambassador for the store’s creative and cultural identity
