Software Support Specialist at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Software Support Specialist.

Salary:

– €1,000–€2,000 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Nicosia with remote user support

Main duties:

– Diagnose and resolve software, Windows and device issues for customers.

– Guide users step by step in writing and verbally, including through remote-desktop tools.

– Document incidents, escalate complex defects and learn new software platforms.

– Support business applications and help maintain reliable customer service.

Requirements:

– Hands-on Windows operating-system experience and understanding of computers, mobile devices and related products.

– Familiarity with remote-desktop applications.

– Clear written and verbal guidance, organisation and problem-solving ability.

– IT support or technical-support experience is advantageous.
