More specifically: Client visits and on-site meetings with healthcare professionals.
Building and strengthening long-term professional relationships.
Identifying and analyzing customer needs and business opportunities.
Presenting tailored solutions and product offerings.
Consistent follow-up to ensure engagement and progress of opportunities.
Negotiation of commercial terms and agreements.
Closing sales and securing new business.
Developing initiatives and ideas to increase customers’ sell-out and overall business performance Candidate Profile: At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B or field sales roles.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or related industries will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong sense of responsibility, consistency, and professionalism.
Well-organized with the ability to manage a structured sales pipeline.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
Ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
End-to-end management of the sales cycle with consistent follow-up.
Proven results in achieving targets and driving commercial growth.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills focused on trust.
Team-oriented mindset combined with a collaborative working style.
