Senior Litigation Lawyer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior Litigation Lawyer.

Salary:

• €1,500–€3,500 monthly

Work arrangement:

• On-site

Main duties:

• Handle litigation from initial advice through trial and appeal, working with partners and local or international clients.
• Represent clients in Cyprus courts.
• Prepare pleadings, applications, affidavits, written submissions and legal opinions.
• Advise on litigation strategy, interim remedies and settlement discussions.
• Research legal issues and give clear, practical advice.
• Maintain high work standards and meet court deadlines.

Requirements:

• Admission as a Cyprus advocate and a valid practising licence.
• Post-qualification litigation experience, including appearances before Cyprus courts.
• Experience in civil and commercial disputes.
• Native Greek and professional written and spoken English.
• Strong advocacy, drafting, analysis, negotiation and public-speaking skills.
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload independently while contributing to a team.
• Professional integrity, sound judgment and a client-focused approach.
• Corporate or shareholder disputes, injunctions, insolvency or cross-border litigation are advantages.
• Research and office-computing skills, including Word, Outlook, MS Office and typing.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 08:30–13:30 and 14:30–18:00.
• Friday: 08:30–14:00.
