Purchasing Officer – Marine Supply at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Purchasing Officer – Marine Supply.

Salary:

– €1,300–€2,000 per month.

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent employment.

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Limassol.

Main duties:

– Prepare quotations and proposals for customers.

– Support enquiries and orders across communication channels and coordinate with the Sales Manager.

– Provide responsive customer service and resolve order-related issues.

– Maintain daily supplier contact to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements:

– Strong customer-service and communication skills in Greek and English.

– Accuracy, organisation and a proactive, cooperative approach.

– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving sales environment.

– Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.

– Maritime or port knowledge and sales or shipping experience are advantages.
