Compliance Call Monitoring Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Compliance Call Monitoring Officer.

Salary:

– €2,000–€2,500 monthly

Employment type:

– Full-time employment

Work arrangement:

– Office-based work in Limassol

Main duties:

– Monitor calls and written communications for misconduct, regulatory breaches and control weaknesses.

– Document findings, recommend remediation or training and escalate serious issues.

– Support team oversight, marketing-communication reviews and complaint handling.

– Improve monitoring procedures and prepare management reports.

– Track CySEC, MiFID II and AML/CFT requirements and support audits and cross-functional compliance work.

Requirements:

– Degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related field.

– At least two years in compliance, AML, KYC, call monitoring or risk.

– CySEC certification is an advantage.

– Fluent English and strong Microsoft Office, Excel and cloud-productivity skills.

– Sound judgement, accuracy and the ability to handle confidential matters.

Schedule:

– Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30 with a one-hour lunch break.
