Project Manager Lead at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Project Manager Lead.

Main duties:

• Lead complex global financial-technology implementation and migration programmes from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate client teams, internal functions, shared services and third-party partners across countries and time zones.
• Maintain integrated plans covering scope, requirements, schedule, cost, quality, risks, dependencies, resources, deliverables and operational readiness.
• Monitor performance against baselines, resolve complex issues, control scope changes and escalate matters requiring senior attention.
• Own estimates, budgets, actuals, forecasts, billing impacts, contractual changes and opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.
• Build trusted relationships with senior sponsors and stakeholders, provide transparent reporting and resolve conflicts.
• Mentor project managers and improve governance, quality assurance and delivery practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least six years of relevant project-management experience, including end-to-end leadership of large, complex IT or financial-technology projects.
• Strong software-implementation background and knowledge of application-development methods and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience leading multinational, virtual and cross-functional teams under commercial and contractual constraints.
• Advanced planning, budgeting, estimation, negotiation, stakeholder, risk and resource-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with flexibility to travel or support clients across time zones when required.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is advantageous; payments, card-management or banking-technology experience is also beneficial.
