Project Manager / Business Analyst (Odoo ERP) at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Project Manager / Business Analyst (Odoo ERP).

Salary:

• € 2,500 – 3,500 / month

• Full-time

Work arrangement:

• Location-based role with short business travel to the United States when required

Main duties:

• Lead Odoo ERP projects from implementation through go-live and ongoing support.
• Act as the main client contact for requirements, scope, expectations and delivery updates.
• Control budgets, scope changes and change requests.
• Maintain backlogs, schedules and deliverables in JIRA and ClickUp.
• Review team hours, compare estimates with actual effort and prepare monthly billing reports.
• Coordinate Business Analysts, Developers and Solution Architects.
• Plan rollout readiness and go-live activity.
• Integrate AI automation tools and custom extensions into Odoo workflows.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience managing complex Odoo ERP implementations.
• Combined project-management and business-analysis expertise, including workflow mapping, business logic and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with budgets, estimations, JIRA and ClickUp.
• Strong client management, leadership and stakeholder communication.
• Active use of AI tools in day-to-day project work.
• Advanced English.
• Eligibility and willingness to make short business trips to the United States.
