Human Resources Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Human Resources Manager.

Salary:

• € 30,000 – 35,000 / year

Employment type:

• Full-time

Work arrangement:

• Based at the Nicosia head office, with visits to stores as required

Main duties:

• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exits.
• Advise managers and employees on workplace and employee-relations matters.
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits, attendance and leave administration.
• Plan and coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, workplace culture and internal communication.
• Maintain compliance with Cyprus labour legislation and prepare HR reports and performance indicators.
• Visit store locations when operational support is required.

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Senior-level HR experience; experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Cyprus employment law.
• Leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• High standards of confidentiality and integrity.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Competence with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to stores.
