Project Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Project Manager.

Salary:

– €1,950–€2,200 monthly

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent employment

Work arrangement:

– On-site work in Nicosia

Main duties:

– Manage architectural-lighting projects from initiation to completion within scope, budget, schedule and quality requirements.

– Prepare proposals, quotations and technical lighting solutions for client requirements.

– Act as the main contact for clients, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.

– Coordinate design, procurement, logistics and installation activities.

– Manage schedules, budgets and resources and identify and mitigate project risks.

– Conduct site visits, monitor installation progress and confirm deliverable quality.

– Prepare project-status reports, financial updates and presentations.

– Maintain technical files, CRM updates and other project records.

– Support lighting studies, technical presentations and contract preparation.

– Manage handover, collect client feedback and apply lessons to future work.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field.

– At least two years of project-management experience, preferably in lighting, construction, architecture or building services.

– Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

– Strong understanding of construction processes, technical drawings and coordination.

– Excellent organisation, communication, commercial judgement, problem-solving and decision-making.

– Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; project-management software knowledge is an advantage.

– Fluent written and spoken Greek and English.
