Social Media Manager at Dart Recruitment

On behalf of a growing restaurant group in Nicosia, we are looking for a creative and well-organised Social Media Manager to take responsibility for the online presence and communication of the Group’s brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the social media accounts of the Group’s different brands.
• Develop and implement the social media strategy and content calendar.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Prepare captions, stories, posts, reels and promotional content.
• Coordinate photo shoots and video content for the restaurants.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, influencers and external partners.
• Promote new menus, events, offers, launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and generate new content ideas.
• Manage and grow the online communities of the brands.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare reports.
• Support paid social media campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and tone of voice across all channels.
• Work closely with the management and operational teams of the restaurants to promote the Group’s activities.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing or Content Creation.
• Strong interest in the restaurant, hospitality and lifestyle sectors.
• Very good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Ability to create engaging, creative and commercially focused content.
• Good understanding of social media trends and digital communication.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools will be considered an advantage.
• Very good command of Greek and English.
• Creativity, strong visual awareness and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
