Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Problem Manager.

• €43,200–€54,800 per year

Work arrangement:

Main duties:

• Own the global problem-management process and investigate critical or recurring incidents.
• Lead structured root-cause analysis using methods such as Five Whys, Ishikawa diagrams and Pareto analysis.
• Maintain the known-error database and ensure clean handover from incident management into problem investigation.
• Coordinate post-incident reviews and permanent fixes across internal technical teams and third parties.
• Support service quality in a continuous 24/7 operating environment and identify recurring trends.
• Track service-level and resolution measures and report progress and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of problem-management experience in a global IT environment.
• Strong ITIL v4 knowledge and experience with change-management processes and Jira ITSM.
• Good understanding of infrastructure, applications and networking.
• Professional English and strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• ISO 20000 or Lean Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.
