Junior Technical Project Supervisor at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Junior Technical Project Supervisor.

Salary:

• €2,000–€2,600 gross monthly

Work arrangement:

• On-site and vessel/site work based in Limassol

Main duties:

• Coordinate marine repair and drydock projects from assessment and quotation through completion.
• Inspect vessels or sites and review drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and technical documentation.
• Plan schedules, personnel, equipment, materials, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, cost, resources and technical performance and escalate material issues.
• Ensure work follows technical, quality, safety, permit and risk-assessment requirements.
• Deliver toolbox talks and pre-job briefings where needed.
• Participate in inspections and incident investigations.
• Verify completed work and maintain accurate project records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Marine repair, drydock or technical-project experience is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Sound technical judgement and stakeholder coordination.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Greek is an advantage.
• Clean criminal record.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.
