Work arrangement:

– On-site

Main duties:

– Complete general repairs, painting, plumbing, tiling and minor electrical work

– Perform inspections, snagging and urgent maintenance requests

– Coordinate contractors and follow workplace safety procedures

Requirements:

– Previous building-maintenance or trades experience

– Confidence using hand and power tools

– Valid driving licence and safety-conscious approach
