Main duties:

– Analyse customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

– Configure and implement the platform based on customer needs.

– Train users and guide them through onboarding and adoption.

– Work with sales and support teams to improve workflows and customer outcomes.

Requirements:

– Qualification in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field.

– Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.

– Customer-focused mindset and excellent Greek and English.

– Experience with SaaS, ERP, FSM or CRM implementations is an advantage.
