Junior Payments Operations Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Junior Payments Operations Officer.

Salary:

– €1,500–€2,000 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site

Main duties:

– Monitor payment systems, transaction declines, errors and operational performance.

– Manage payment incidents and tickets with internal teams and external payment providers.

– Support integrations, testing, troubleshooting and launches of payment methods.

– Maintain status trackers and provide clear updates on issues and performance.

Requirements:

– At least one year in payments operations, fintech, banking or a similar role.

– Basic understanding of payment processing, payment providers and transaction flows.

– Strong English, coordination, problem-solving and attention to detail.

– Familiarity with Jira, Monday.com or similar tools is advantageous.
