Operations Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Operations Manager.

Salary:

– €35,000–€45,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Limassol

Main duties:

– Oversee day-to-day operations across a multi-site bakery retail network.

– Manage logistics, distribution and fleet performance.

– Maintain health, safety, quality-assurance and food-safety standards.

– Coordinate engineering and maintenance so facilities and equipment remain operational.

– Track operational KPIs, costs, productivity, quality and service.

– Lead shop managers and operational teams and report performance to senior management.

Requirements:

– At least five years’ experience in operations, area or multi-site management.

– Food, bakery, hospitality, retail or FMCG sector experience.

– Knowledge of logistics, health and safety, food safety or HACCP, and facilities coordination.

– Strong leadership, organisation, problem-solving and communication skills.

– Comfort with KPIs, budgets and operational systems.

– Fluency in Greek and English and a valid driving licence.
