IT Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for IT Manager.

Salary:

– €2,500–€3,000 monthly

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent

Work arrangement:

– On-site work in Nicosia, with support for other workplace locations when required

Main duties:

– Maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure, servers, networks, workstations and business systems.

– Administer information-security, privacy and access-control measures.

– Manage backups, disaster-recovery arrangements and business-continuity readiness.

– Install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, copiers, telephony and related equipment.

– Provide technical support to users and coordinate upgrades and maintenance.

– Manage external technology providers, licences, asset registers and IT purchasing.

– Identify improvements, prepare budgets and plan technology projects.

Requirements:

– Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.

– At least five years of relevant IT experience.

– Strong troubleshooting, prioritisation and user-support skills.

– Very good Greek and English.

– Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and domain controllers.

– Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and SD-WAN.

– Familiarity with Linux, Veeam, Synology, UniFi, printers, copiers and CCTV systems.

– Network-security certification or experience with Sophos products is an advantage.

– Availability to support other sites and respond outside normal hours when operationally necessary.
