Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Clinic Director/CEO.

Salary:

• €10,000–€15,000 gross per month, depending on experience

Employment type:

• Full-time, permanent

Work arrangement:

• On-site in Paphos.

Main duties:

• Lead the launch of a new holistic beauty, healing and longevity clinic, then take full responsibility for daily operations and results.
• Plan the clinic’s services and equipment and manage supplier quotations.
• Shape the facility layout with architects and contractors and oversee the build and fit-out phase.
• Secure the permits, licences and certifications required for the wellness and medical services.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, lead and develop the clinical and support teams.
• Set up booking, membership, client-record and pricing systems.
• Own the profit-and-loss account and budgets and grow memberships, revenue and client retention.
• Maintain a premium client experience, a spotless facility and compliance with Cyprus health, safety and licensing rules.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with full operational responsibility for a clinic, medical spa, health or wellness service, gym or comparable service business.
• Demonstrated ownership of profit-and-loss results and budgets, together with experience hiring, leading and developing teams.
• Genuine interest in biohacking, anti-ageing, beauty and wellness and a hands-on ability to build an operation from an empty facility.
• Commercial judgement, high service standards, close attention to detail and fluent English.
• Confidence dealing with Cyprus authorities, suppliers and contractors.
• Experience launching a clinic or similar facility, handling medical licensing, managing a renovation or membership business, a strong Paphos network, and Greek or Russian are advantages.
