Main duties:

• Support customers through chat, email and other service channels.
• Resolve account and service enquiries accurately while following internal procedures.
• Maintain a professional customer experience across rotational shifts.

Requirements:

• Native-level Greek and fluent English.
• Strong communication, active-listening and computer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow a four-days-on, two-days-off rotation.

Schedule:

• Rotational pattern: four days on, two days off.
