Software Support Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Software Support Officer.

Salary:

– €1,500–€2,500 monthly

Employment type:

– Full-time employment

Work arrangement:

– Customer-support role based in Limassol, using telephone, email and remote-access tools

Main duties:

– Provide customer support for accounting, payroll and business software by telephone, email and remote connection.

– Diagnose queries and guide users through features, setup and configuration.

– Support software implementations and customer training.

– Coordinate complex issues with accounting and software-development colleagues.

Requirements:

– Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.

– Studies in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT or software-related fields are advantageous.

– Experience with ERP or payroll software is an advantage.

– Strong computer, communication and customer-service skills.

– Good Greek and English and a willingness to learn.
