This role is ideal for someone who is organised, enjoys bringing ideas to life, and coordinating with various teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly from planning to launch. You will manage promotional plans, set up and test offers, work closely with content and design teams, and help resolve issues along the way.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and manage monthly promotional and campaign plans
  • Configure, test, and launch offers, bonuses, and CRM campaigns
  • Work closely with content and design teams to deliver campaign assets
  • Coordinate campaign execution across channels such as email, SMS, web push, and pop-ups
  • Troubleshoot campaign and setup issues and help find practical solutions
  • Monitor results and support ongoing optimisation

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • A collaborative approach and good communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • A practical, solution-focused mindset
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Good English
  • Basic HTML and Excel knowledge
  • Experience in CRM, campaign management, digital marketing, e-commerce, or online gaming is an advantage
