A well-established company in the shipping sector is looking for a Delivery Order & Administrative Assistant to join its team.
This role combines operational coordination (Delivery Orders) with administrative and corporate support, contributing to the smooth execution of daily operations and high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Delivery Order Support Manage and monitor Delivery Order processes for import shipments Review and process shipping documentation (B/L, LOI, authorizations, etc.) Communicate with customers, partners, and shipping lines to resolve discrepancies Coordinate with Documentation, Invoicing, and Operations departments Monitor shipment arrivals and delivery progress Support the handling of extra charges and container return procedures Front Office & Administrative Support Welcome visitors and manage incoming communications Support daily administrative and office coordination tasks Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors Coordinate facility-related issues with technicians and suppliers Corporate Communication Support Liaise with external partners (PR agencies, consultancies) for corporate communication Assist in maintaining and updating company platforms (e.g. intranet / portal) Support marketing and promotional activities (brochures, gifts, corporate materials) Contribute to initiatives enhancing company image and customer experience
