Barman / Barmaid at Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is currently seeking a skilled, energetic, and customer-focused Barman to join the team at GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and professional appearance while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the bar is never left unattended during service.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully prepared throughout each shift, ensuring all mise en place is completed before service.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the beverage menu and provide recommendations to guests.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Prepare classic and custom cocktails while following the hotel’s pricing policies.
• Coordinate with service staff when supporting outdoor bar and beverage service.
• Promote food, beverages, and special events to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor bar stock levels, verify deliveries from stores, and ensure the bar is replenished accordingly.
• Prepare daily beverage requisitions to maintain appropriate stock levels.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Barman or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beverages, and responsible alcohol service is an asset.
