**Main duties:**

– Coordinate daily bar and restaurant operations, staffing and outlet readiness.

– Maintain cleanliness, safety, hygiene and quality standards.

– Implement up-selling and cost-efficient practices to support revenue.

– Ensure facilities and equipment are properly maintained.

– Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints promptly and professionally.

**Requirements:**

– Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

– At least three years of experience in a similar role.

– Strong knowledge of HACCP, health, safety and hygiene requirements.

– Excellent Greek and English.

– Hands-on supervisory, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

– Guest-focused approach, professionalism, flexibility and adaptability.
