Assistant AML Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Assistant AML Officer.

Salary:

– €19,500–€26,000 gross per year

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Larnaca

Main duties:

– Support the AML Compliance Officer with daily coordination and monitoring of the firm’s AML programme.

– Collect and verify KYC documents, assess new and existing clients and prepare risk assessments and internal reports.

– Conduct ongoing monitoring against applicable laws, watchlists and restriction lists.

– Maintain the AML/CFT manual, follow regulatory developments and help ensure the firm remains compliant.

– Respond to information requests from authorities and complete related compliance reporting.

Requirements:

– Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.

– Around three years of experience as an Assistant AML Officer or in a similar role.

– Excellent written and spoken Greek and English and ability to understand financial statements.

– Strong analysis, attention to detail, client service and independent prioritisation.

Schedule:

– Three days per week 07:30–14:30 and two days per week 07:30–17:30.
