Architect (Computational Designer) at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Architect (Computational Designer).

Salary:

– €1,800–2,400 per month.

Employment type:

– Temporary self-employed / freelance, mid-level engagement.

Work arrangement:

– Hybrid in Limassol.

Main duties:

– Develop parametric and computational designs with Rhino, Grasshopper and scripting tools.

– Integrate Revit workflows through Rhino.Inside for BIM coordination.

– Support projects from concept through construction, including prototyping and automation.

– Produce options, drawings, 3D models, visualisations, technical details and construction documents.

– Assist presentations and stakeholder coordination and maintain ISO and internal quality procedures.

Requirements:

– Accredited professional degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering.

– At least two years in computational design and architectural practice.

– Advanced Rhino and Grasshopper plus strong Revit and Rhino.Inside knowledge.

– AutoCAD and Revit working knowledge; Python and C# scripting are advantageous.

– Fluent English and experience with detailing, construction packages and site coordination.

– Ability to manage several local and international projects independently.
