Architect at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Architect.

Salary:

– € 2,000 – 2,300 / month

Work arrangement:

– On-site

Main duties:

– Develop architectural concepts through construction documentation.

– Meet clients to define requirements, budgets and project goals.

– Prepare drawings, specifications, tender and technical documents.

– Coordinate engineers, contractors and consultants.

– Ensure designs comply with zoning, building and safety rules.

– Visit sites, monitor construction and resolve design or delivery issues.

– Integrate sustainable design solutions and manage timelines, budgets and deliverables.

Requirements:

– Professional Architecture degree and ETEK licence.

– Three or more years of experience is preferred; strong graduate-level candidates may also be considered.

– Strong conceptual and technical design ability and a portfolio demonstrating material, contextual and spatial quality.

– Experience with construction drawings, tender documentation and site supervision.

– Knowledge of Cyprus planning and building-permit procedures.

– Fluency in Greek and English and strong independent and collaborative working skills.

Schedule:

– Monday to Friday, either 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00.
