Main duties:

– Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients

– Build trusted relationships and coordinate renewals

– Work with support, product and finance teams to resolve client needs

– Identify retention and account-growth opportunities

Requirements:

– Fluent English

– Experience in account management or client success

– Strong communication and organisational skills

– Fintech, FX or SaaS exposure is an advantage
