Waiter / Waitress – Full-Time, Permanent Position

Location: Paphos, Cyprus

Employment: Full-Time | All Year Round (Not Seasonal)

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Waiters / Waitresses to join our restaurant team in Paphos.

Salary & Benefits

• Net Monthly Salary: €1,100 – €1,300 (depending on experience)
• Tips: Additional income from customer tips
• Holiday Allowance: Additional 11% paid monthly into Social Insurance
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Staff Meal: 1 free meal per working day
• Permanent Employment: Stable, all-year-round position – NOT seasonal
• Social Insurance contributions in accordance with Cyprus legislation

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent service.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation.
• Handle customer requests professionally.
• Work efficiently with the restaurant team.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Good English communication skills (Greek is an advantage).
• Friendly, professional and positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment.
