Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Waiter / Waitress.

Salary:

• €1,500–1,900 per month

Work arrangement:

Main duties:

• Welcome guests and present menus, specials and tailored recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate with kitchen and bar colleagues.
• Serve dishes and drinks carefully and provide personalised service.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and concerns professionally.
• Manage bills and payments accurately.
• Set and maintain tables and coordinate smooth service with kitchen and bar teams.
• Keep up to date with menu changes, seasonal offers and events.
• Guide junior waiters when needed and maintain dining-area hygiene.

Requirements:

• Luxury-hotel or fine-dining waiting experience.
• Strong customer-service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask calmly under pressure and maintain presentation standards.
• Positive leadership qualities and professional teamwork.
• Food, wine and beverage knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and follow grooming and uniform standards.
• Eligibility to live and work in Cyprus.
