Job Description:

• Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a

welcoming experience

• Support Waiter A in taking orders and preparing beverages when required

• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently to guests

• Clear and reset tables promptly according to service standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations

• Assist with restocking of service items such as cutlery, napkins, and condiments

• Respond to guest requests in a polite and professional manner

• Support the team during large group bookings, events, and special occasions

• Monitor guest satisfaction and escalate any issues to senior staff

• Assist in setting up the restaurant for service and themed events

• Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
